Gymnastics Training – 4 week Series from 5th July

Gymnastics is for everyone and can be very beneficial to a variety of sports. This Four part Series is being coached by Anna Jackson, a certified gymnastics coach and personal trainer.

Areas covered include:

  • Fundamental skills delivered in a progressive series
  • Body mechanics and techniques to achieve your gymnastic goals
  • Strength and conditioning applied to crossfit and many other sports

Next session is in August – don’t worry if you missed the first as previous skills learned are revisited at the beginning of each session.
