The variation of the classes will keep you motivated, and always progressing. A typical class includes technique work, conditioning and sparring.
Metabolic Training Zones (METZ) classes combine the most effective methods of cardio, weightlifting and gymnastics. They’re fun, full of variety, flexible workouts in a small group with emphasis on safe effective, exercise technique. Injury prevention is paramount as you train towards your goals. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to elite athletes and everyone in between. Exercises are adapted to suit your experience and capability so everyone is working at a pace that challenges them appropriately.
Aimed at ages 7 to 14 years, these classes develop skill, strength, stamina and coordination. Self-defence is taught in a disciplined and safe environment. Our goal is to provide a positive place for personal growth, development of self-esteem and confidence. Using exercise and training as a mode to vent frustrations or expend extra energy, with a strong emphasis on fostering self-discipline.
