Ruth Naidoo

A co-director with Strini at Physical Impact, and Academic Leader for Sport at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. Prior to this, she taught and coordinated degree-level courses for eight years and has also worked with the Sports Performance Research Institute (SPRINZ) at Auckland University of Technology. Her experience as a gym owner, strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, athlete and mamma adds fuel to her love of helping others in their pursuits.

  • Winner ‘Lecturer of the Year’ – 2012 Fitness Industry Awards.
