Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes incorporate Kickboxing, Mauy Thai, Boxing and Jujitsu styles of fighting. These classes will develop your fighting technique, strength, and fitness. The variation of the classes will keep you motivated, and always progressing. A typical class includes technique work, conditioning and sparring.
Whether you want to train towards a competition bout, increased fitness, or improved self-defense, our MMA classes will get you achieving your goals. You will be challenged and pushed to your limits, but in a environment where your safety is of number one importance.
Members are encouraged to train towards grading for their belts, which follow a similar belt system to Karate. Gradings are held 3 times per year, and involve assessment of technique, fitness and sparring ability.
