Edith Rogers Wins Amateur Boxing bout
Edith Rogers had her first boxing match on Saturday 20th July 2013 at Fighting Fit Academy. It was a fundraiser for Tracey Lambrechs (trained and coached by Adam Storey) who will represent NZ in the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Edith came up against her opponent that was no stranger to the ring with 4 fights under her belt and put on a fit and strong fight to get the winners podium. Trained by Adam Christian. Strini Naidoo (Physical impact) and Iripa Rangi was in her corner on the night to help out with motivation.
