Confidence, Strength and Endurance

Confidence, Strength and Endurance- I am not sure I can put into words how amazing Strini is and just how much he has done for me but i will do my best! I first met Strini in November 2013, unfit, unmotivated and uninspired by fitness. I had the goal to lose weight, gain strength and improve my general fitness. What I have gotten out of it so far has been far more than that!

I could not rate Strini more highly. Nor could I fault his methods of training and motivation. His humor, kindness and dedication make sessions fun and entertaining, and this, combined with the joy of seeing my strength and endurance improve, is why training with Strini is fast becoming a highlight of my week. Each session is focused, challenging and above all tailored to my needs.

Strini’s enthusiasm is infectious and his training technique inspires confidence.  I am now training at a level that I would not have thought possible eight months ago.  Each session is different to the lastHis training sessions are varied and you never quite know what he has planned next! This keeps me interested and challenged.

I’ve gone from never lifting a weight in my life to being able to do a number of dead-lift 85kgs for reps, from not being able to do a proper squat to squatting 60kgs . I love and respect the fact he puts form and technique first to ensure I am injury free. Eight months ago I would have given up exercising at the first sign of breathlessness. Now I have the mental capacity to push my limits further than ever before.

I had no idea I would see and feel the difference in my shape, tone and fitness in such a short time. I’ve also reduced body fat and increased my muscle mass. Strini and Physical Impact is now a routine part of my life.  – Mandy O’rielly.
